Insurance Policy

Dental insurance can offset the out-of-pocket costs of many dental procedures. If you are unsure whether your dental insurance covers the procedure you wish to receive, you can call your dental insurance provider or speak with our staff, who will be happy to check for you. We ask that you ensure your insurance covers any procedures you wish to undergo before coming in so that you are aware of what you will have to pay at the time of treatment. Because each insurance plan is different, you need to know what your specific provider will cover. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit to the dental office of John S. Ledakis, DDS, PA, so that our staff can verify coverage and keep it on file.

Our dental office in West Palm Beach currently accepts all PPOs. We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time, we do NOT accept Medicaid, Medicare, or HMOs.
